Call and schedule a free 15 minute consultation at 720-515-0263. We can discuss your goals and how we will work together towards the life that you want.
Bring any questions or concerns you have and then if we decide we are a good fit, we can schedule our first virtual appointment for mental health counseling, including EMDR, somatic, and Internal Family Systems work.
Please read, sign and fill out the forms provided in their entirety 48 hours prior to our first appointment so we can briefly review them in our first session and then focus on what you hope to get out of therapy, your history, and your current concerns.
Feel free to grab a cup of tea, a blanket, a pet, and even some snacks. I encourage you to bring what you need to feel safe and cozy during our time together.
Individual therapy appointments are $195 for a 50 minute session.
Extended EMDR and IFS appointments are available up to 3 hours with 10 minute breaks at $195 per 50 minute segments.
